¶ 01 · How it works

The method

Any tool can read an invoice. Knowing where to look is the job.

Not off-the-shelf software, which treats every account the same. Not a consultant on a six-week timeline. I re-tune a purpose-built AI to your account first, then it does the heavy reading, then I check and sign every result. The order matters: tuned wrong, it reconciles against the wrong baseline and hands back something confident and incorrect.

Voice 01 · The operator

Decides what it means.

Six years running CPG supply chains, more than $10 million in freight and fulfillment invoicing, 10+ 3PL warehouses worked with directly, five warehouse transfers run end to end. I tune the tool to your account before it reads anything, then I check every flag myself. False positives die here. Real findings get context, a verdict, and my name.

Checked and signed
Voice 02 · The instrument

Reads every line.

Once it is tuned to your rate card, your zones and your service levels, it re-reads every invoice line the way an analyst would with a thousand hours to spare, and flags what a human eye skims past.

  • re-rate each shipment · service / zone / weight
  • compare invoice vs contract · line by line
  • flag drift · surcharges · quiet carrier shifts
Step 01

Upload your documents.

Recent 3PL invoices and your rate card, exactly as they are. PDFs and spreadsheets are fine.

Step 02

I tune the tool, then it reads.

Your rate card, contract and invoice format go in first. Then it scores eight categories and I check every reading.

Step 03

Your report lands in less than 24 hours.

A branded Health Scorecard: eight scores out of 10, one Health Score out of 100.

The standard ·

If the right call is "do not move," that is the finding. I never inflate savings.

¶ 02 · What gets scored

Eight categories

Eight readings. One Health Score.

Every account is read across the same eight categories, scored 1 to 10, banded green, amber, or red, and rolled into one Health Score out of 100.

¶ 03 · Month one

Included in every plan

Month one, in full.

Every plan starts with the complete re-rate. Two parts, both included, no separate fee.

Part I

Billing & Service Audit

  • Re-rate every shipment against your rate card, by service, zone, and weight.
  • Check pick, pack, storage, receiving, returns, and accessorials line by line.
  • Quantify overcharges, duplicates, and quiet carrier shifts in dollars.
  • Month-over-month cost-to-ship trend, so you see the drift, not just the snapshot.
Part II

Network & Packaging Review

  • A demand heat map of where your customers actually are.
  • A keep-or-relocate verdict on your warehouse, stated plainly.
  • A second-warehouse model with the freight and delivery-speed impact.
  • A dimensional-weight and packaging diagnostic: where air in the box becomes money.
It ends in a plan, not a pile of findings
